About us

We built the place we needed

Anti-Diet Club is an independent platform for recovery, body respect and a peaceful relationship with food.

Angelina, dietetics student

Our story

It started with a very complicated relationship with food.

For years, I lived through restriction, then bingeing. Rules, then guilt. I looked everywhere for a place that spoke to the whole person, not just what was on the plate, and I never really found it.

Today, as a dietetics student, I created Anti-Diet Club to offer exactly what I would have needed back then: honest information, calm design, and someone on the other end who actually understands.

This is not another wellness platform. No calorie counters, no shrinking, no shame. Only warmth, evidence, and the belief that peace with food is possible.

Our mission

To make food peace freely accessible, without diet rules and without shame.

Weight inclusive

We reject weight stigma. Care and respect belong in every body, at every size.

Evidence first

Every article is grounded in current research and clinical practice, written in plain language.

Trauma informed

We write with awareness of the many different paths that bring someone here.

Independent

No diet industry funding, no weight loss advertising, no before and after photos.

What you will find here

Everything in one calm place.

Our commitments

How we work.

These promises shape the editorial line, the product and the way we handle your data.

  • We never recommend weight loss, calorie tracking or restriction.
  • We do not publish before and after images or body comparisons.
  • We say clearly when something is education and not clinical care.
  • We treat what you write in your journal and messages as private.
  • We use the smallest amount of personal data needed to run the service.

A note on safety

Anti-Diet Club is an educational platform. It complements, but never replaces, care from a qualified doctor, dietitian or psychologist. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact emergency services or a trusted clinician immediately.
