Terms of Service

Anti-Diet Club provides educational content, recipes, community space and optional Premium tools for people working on their relationship with food and their body.

Nothing on this platform, including the AI companion, is medical, psychological or nutritional advice, diagnosis or treatment. It complements but never replaces care from a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Keep your credentials confidential and tell us if you suspect misuse.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared or resold.

• Premium is 19.99 EUR per month, or 14.99 EUR per month billed annually, taxes included where applicable.
• A 14 day trial is available. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• As an EU consumer you have a 14 day right of withdrawal on digital services; by starting Premium immediately you agree that performance begins during that period.
• Renewals are automatic until cancelled. We email a receipt for every payment.

• No numbers that can trigger others: weights, calories, clothing sizes or goal figures in community spaces.
• No diet promotion, weight loss selling, before and after images or body shaming.
• No harassment, hate speech, doxxing or sharing another member's content.
• No attempt to probe, scan, overload or break the security of the platform.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice whenever possible.

You keep ownership of what you write. Journal entries and check ins stay private to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display your content back to you, and to show what you deliberately post in community areas.

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us over the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under EU law.

You can delete your account at any time from the privacy page. Deletion removes your personal content as described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: antidietclub2304@gmail.com.
